Release notes for Pubcookie 3.2.1a:

Subject: Pubcookie 3.2.1a Released

The Pubcookie team has posted a 3.2.1a minor update release. It includes
the following changes to the Apache module and ISAPI filter:

  * Added error handling to the module and filter for query strings that
    are too long to go thru the login process (~1900 bytes).

  * Defined the maximum amount of post data that the module will attempt
    to send thru the login process (10MB).

  * Fixed the filter to preserve port numbers and query strings thru the
    login process.

  * Restored original Event log source names used by the filter.

There were no changes made to the Pubcookie login server, keyserver, or
keyclient components.
