Pubcookie 3.2.0 Beta 2 has been posted on the downloads page.

Currently only the Unix components are available.

Release notes and upgrade information can be found in 

   doc/CHANGES.txt, 
   doc/install-login.html, 
   doc/install-mod_pubcookie.html 

in the pubcookie-3.2.0-beta2.tar.gz tarball.

This release is quite stable and can be considered a 
candidate for the final 3.2.0 release.
