Release announcement for Pubcookie 3.1.1:

Subject: Pubcookie 3.1.1 Released

The Pubcookie team announces the release of version 3.1.1 of the Pubcookie
web single sign-on package. New downloads and updated documentation is 
available now on the project website:

    http://pubcookie.org

This is an update release. It offers a few minor enhancements and fixes 
several bugs. Highlights include:

  * A new form_expire_time configuration variable for the login server.
    This controls login form expiration. The new default is 60 seconds.

  * The Pubcookie.msi installer for Windows now includes and installs the
    cross-dns-domain relay.
 
  * The Unix keyclient has been fixed to verify the keyserver certificate.
