Release Announcement: Pubcookie 3.0.0 Beta 3

The Pubcookie team is pleased to announce the third public beta
release of Pubcookie 3.0.0. Highlights include:

  .  better debug messages 
  .  better autoconf support
  .  new mod_pubcookie install guide
  .  can now build in a separate directory than source
  .  can handle certs whose subject goes leaf->root or root->leaf

This release also includes a few crucial bug fixes and a bit of 
code cleanup. Visit the Pubcookie website for more information and

We are confident that this release will work in a variety of 
environments and we encourage sites to upgrade to it now.

Much thanks to the efforts of the Pubcookie developers as well
