Release Announcement: Pubcookie 3.0.0 Beta 2

The Pubcookie team is proud to announce the second public beta
release of Pubcookie 3.0.0. This release's most noteworthy 
addition is the Pubcookie ISAPI Filter for Microsoft IIS. This 
release also offers many improvements and bug fixes to the
Pubcookie login server, Apache module, and documentation.

We encourage interested parties and users of previous versions
of Pubcookie to deploy this version in test and pilot environments
and to give the new Pubcookie ISAPI Filter a try.
